Automatic LAN Setup
This is the simpliest setup for home use.
Once you tell your firewalls to allow CopySpots to communicate,
CopySpots will automatically find each other - when they connect the icon
turns green. This requires routers allow for UDP traffic.
Manual LAN Setup
If the two CopySpots "are too far apart"
to find each other automatically then you can tell each of them how to
find each other. Specify the IP address of each, and the port you wish
to use.
FTP Setup
Enter the address of your FTP server (hostname or IP address), your
username/password and an existing folder on your server. Now you are ready
to drop files onto your FTP Server.
Notes
Right click on CopySpot or on the CopySpot icon to access Settings.
Currently major changes to settings require a restart. This won't be necessary in future versions.
